熱等靜壓工藝可用於生產高密度、細晶粒、高性能和特殊粉末冶金材料和製件。為了獲得均勻而細化的組織,減少材料損耗,減少後續機加工等工序,越來越多的粉末冶金製品采用了熱等靜壓工藝進行成型及致密化。
l 高壓和高溫的同時作用可以降低材料燒結溫度閾值,降低粉末成型能耗;
